Refunds will be provided to users who fulfill the following requirements:

  • You have contacted us within 3 days of your purchase.
  • You have not downloaded and/or used our software.
  • You have not used the generator at any point after/prior to contacting us.

In rare cases where you have been unable to use our software due to hardware or regional limitations and where we have determined that this is indeed the case, we will of course be able to provide you with a refund.
